Unlock a one-of-a-kind whiskey experience with Onyx and Amber’s exclusive Private Blending Program—perfect for small stores, a close-knit group of friends, or unique company holiday gifts. This hands-on journey invites you and your group to our distillery, where you’ll collaborate with the O&A team to craft a whiskey blend that’s entirely your own.
Your adventure begins with a tasting of 3-5 distinct whiskies, aged between 3 and 17 years, drawn straight from the barrel using a traditional whiskey thief. After savoring these exceptional spirits, you’ll work alongside our master blender, specifying the exact percentages of each whiskey to create your custom blend. Once crafted, you’ll taste your creation and have the opportunity to fine-tune it until it’s perfect for your group’s palate.
When your blend is just right, O&A will produce a bespoke batch, bottling it exclusively for you. Each bottle will feature a personalized label designed for your group, ensuring your whiskey is as unique as your experience. No two blends are ever the same—your creation will stand alone as a singular masterpiece, crafted by you, for you.
Fine Print: Each session takes approximately 1.5 hours. Minimum bottles per batch is 72, but you are welcome to purchase additional. Cost is $75 per bottle. We highly suggest arranging a ride to and from the distillery.
