The single barrel process is simple. We search the entire United States for the best whiskey available and bring it home to Colorado to be aged and eventually bottled. No two barrels are really ever 100% alike which is why many whiskey producers blend. Blending helps achieve a consistent product across the board. The single barrel experience allows liquor stores, whiskey bars, whiskey clubs, and others to come in and select a barrel of whiskey that meets their specific taste profile. They can then have this entire barrel bottled for themselves with customization to the label indicating they selected it.
